ISAMU NOGUCHI NOGUCHI TABLE
The Coffee Table by Isamu Noguchi is a masterwork of sculptural furniture design. The table consists of two wooden pieces in an organic shape, that provide a new perspective from every point of view. The triangular glass plate complements the elementary design with another modern component. Its construction is simple but ingenious, but also timeless and in vogue.
Isamu Noguchi created the Table in the year 1944. Prior to that he studied at the Columbia University of New York and the Leonardo da Vinci Art School. In the Year 1927 he obtained the scholarship from Guggenheim for two years. Noguchi searched the inspiration for his works on his frequent travels, where he started to appreciate the beauty of nature and architecture for its harmonic combination.
