IIf you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange, provided that the items where not pre-ordered or customized and that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We will refund the sum paid for the goods, excluding a 20% restocking fee and any original and return delivery charges, within 30 days of your cancellation.
The original packaging must be unopened and undamaged in a resalable condition. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge which will be no more than 30% of the price of the goods from your refund as we will not be able to sell those goods on at full price.
